This list is going to seem stupid, but I swear I wouldn’t write these things if I hadn’t seen them with my own eyes in homes I’ve shown over the past nine years.

1. Condoms
2. Dirty Laundry all over the laundry room
3. Bags of Trash
4. Snake
5. Money
6. Barking Dog
7. Spicy Food
8. Cat Throw-up
9. Prescription Drugs
10. Bras
11. Stuffed Animals
12. Kids Toys littering the room
13. Dirty Diapers
14. Credit Card Numbers
15. X rated magazines (please hide these, I don’t want to see them)

Some of these may not seem too bad, but remember these people get one chance for their home to make a good impression.  Not so much.
