Since the fall the Powell market has seen a slight increase in average list price with a decrease in average sales price. The number of homes sold in August 2010 actually almost doubled in December with 13 homes sold.
76 of the 258 listings in Powell are listed at over $500,000 with an average days on market of 161 days. High end homes sold in Powell during December got only 85% of their list price and sat for 228 days on average.
