Since my last market update in the fall, surprisingly enough there have been more houses in contract and selling in January 2011, within Dublin Schools.  The average list price of a firm contract, when up significantly in January, but can be explained by a $2,395,000 home in Tartan Fields that went under contract with 8295 square feet.  Otherwise, the listings and prices have stayed steady.  I expect to see an increase in listings within the next two months.
