In today’s market, Buyer’s have a lot of homes to choose from, and if you overprice your home, the Buyers will move on looking for a good deal.

Don’t waste time floating a high price just to see if you get any interest, it could end up costing you money in the end. And if you don’t get an offer in four to six weeks, or 10 showings, chances are you should drop your price.
