Worthington Schools Real Estate Market Update February 2011

The Worthington Schools market has stayed steady since the last market update in December.  The average list and sold priced decreased from $221,919 and $212,802 in December 2010 to $158,944 and $152,600 respectively in February 2011, but otherwise the majority of the stats are almost identical.  I expect an increase in listings over the next month with homeowners getting ready to list March and April.
