Real Estate Selling Tips

thermometerWhen listing your home for sale, if at all possible, leave your utilities on, especially the heating and cooling.  It is a big turn off to walk into a home when it is 95 degrees outside, the house is sweltering, and the open windows aren’t offering any relief.  Same goes when it is 10 degrees outside, and even cooler in the house.

I showed houses last week, and I think we dashed through the house without A/C we were so hot.  You want people to linger and take their time, not hurry because they are so hot or cold they can’t concentrate.
