It’s Not Easy Being Green, or Selling Your House!

Showing houses in Westerville the other day, I came across this mint green bathroom.  Overall, the house was really nice, but the potential Buyers couldn’t get over having to completely gut the existing bathroom.  Instead, they choose to move on to the next house.

I think if the bathroom had been remodeled this house might have been a contender, instead it instantly fell off the list because my clients didn’t have the time or money to deal with an expensive bathroom remodel.

In today’s market, it is important to have the place in tip-top shape and important updates completed.  It may be the difference between your home sitting or selling, especially at top price.
