Organic Grocery to Open at Polaris

Earth Fare, a organic grocery store that specializes in organic fruits, vegetables and hormone-free meat and poultry is planning to build a 27,000 square foot grocery store off Gemini Parkway in the Polaris Towne Center area. They will be building just North of the Polaris Fashion Place Mall, close to Costco, Babies R Us, Toys R Us and Hobby Lobby.  The store is scheduled to be completed early 2012 and will try to take a bite out of Whole Foods and Trader Joe’s market within the Columbus area.

Earth Fare was founded in North Carolina and is also planning to open stores in Fairlawn, Fairview Park and Centerville, Ohio.  I’m excited to have another healthy grocery store option in town, I love being able to get all my errands and shopping done in one part of town!
