Olde Westerville, Ohio Fireplaces

I showed houses in Olde Westerville a while back and LOVED the fireplaces in some of the older homes.  Westerville has some gorgeous older homes that were built around the 1860s through 1920s and comprise the area East of Uptown Westerville. Olde Westerville is seeing a resurgence of people rehabbing and restoring some of the beautiful homes to their original glory.

There are currently 10 houses built before 1920 for sale in the area, ranging from $85k for a small home that needs a lot of work up to $325k for the oldest home in Westerville that sits on S. Hampstead Rd, built in 1820.
