Real Estate Selling Tips

This is one season inspired real estate selling tip, after a few weeks of showing homes in the dark.
Don’t forget when you have a showing of your home in the evening that it gets very dark very early in the wintertime. Please consider leaving an outdoor light on near your front door to help the Realtor have easy access to your home and also to set a good atmosphere for the buyer walking up to the house.
If you have a vacant home it is even more important to leave a front light on. It shouldn’t too expensive to keep a light on 24 hours a day, especially with an energy-efficient bulb.
It can be very frustrating walking up to a completely dark home and not being able to see well both to get to the front door and to open the door. Start the buyers off with a great opinion of your house by being the seller with the best curb appeal!
