Buying a home is something that takes a lot of time and knowledge.  I would garner to say that it is one of the most important purchases in your life, something that you want to make sure you do right the first time.  Just like you don’t want to go through surgery without checking out the procedure and surgeon, you don’t want to buy a home without understanding step by step and what you can expect. Learning mistakes through the process can be stressful and costly.

Educating consumers has always been so important to me because educated consumers make better (think easier) clients, so what started out as a brochure for my personal clients has turned into an eBook for consumers to help guide you through the steps of buying a home in greater Columbus.  I’m sure most of this applies to a lot of areas and most of Ohio, but remember that real estate is hyper-local, so I’ve written this for central Ohio specifically.
