Most Expensive Homes Sold in Columbus, Ohio in December 2011

New Albany was the place to be in December if you wanted to sell your high-end home. Four of the five houses that sold over $850,000 in December were sold in New Albany, Plain-Local School District.  The homes on Biddick and Lambton Park both sold within a week on the market and Lambton Park sold for cash.
